We go beyond the classroom to help students unlock their potential, providing economical, virtual, one-on-one teaching and mentoring in academic skills and career topics for K-12, college, and career students. In our safe, inclusive spaces, every voice is valued, every story matters, and every learner is equipped to achieve their goals and build a brighter future.

FOUNDER & CEO
(She/Her)
Rylie's journey as an educator displays her passion for teaching and her commitment to student growth. Her innovative methods engage and inspire students, while the genuine connections she fosters with students and colleagues establish her as a strong leader in education.
She holds a Bachelor's in Biological Systems Engineering from UC Davis, with an emphasis on environmental engineering and regenerative agriculture, and played Division I lacrosse. She later earned a Master's in Teaching and a Multiple Subject credential from USC, emphasizing educational equity and STEM education.
Rylie has taught across all grade levels, collaborated with students from all backgrounds, and served as a therapeutic camp counselor for Quest Camps. For the past two years she has been a 7th-grade math and science teacher at at Title I school in San Jose, CA.
Rylie's main objective is to empower students to confidently embrace who they are and to develop a strong, unwavering sense of self-efficacy that will inspire them in their personal and academic journeys.

HEAD COLLEGE & CAREER MENTOR

Dr. Lorenzen began working in the life, leadership, and career coaching space more than a decade ago and has continued that work with a wide variety of clients, in contexts that include higher education, athletics, business, and transitioning military veterans.
He holds the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) rating and is trained in a variety of assessments and tools, including the DiSC Personality Profile and Agile EQ (emotional intelligence).
In addition to his day job he maintains a private coaching and consulting practice doing life, leadership, and career coaching as well as organizational dynamics and culture work. He volunteers with The Honor Foundation as a career transitions coach for retiring members of the Special Operations community.

Chloe’s path blends academic excellence with diverse life experiences, uniquely equipping her to inspire both students and peers. With a Bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Dartmouth College and a Master’s in Applied GIS and Technology from UCLA, Chloe combines a robust technical foundation with a passion for nurturing student growth and connection.
Her experience spans social science research, early-stage startups, and software product management, as well as private tutoring, au pair work, and extensive international travel. A former Division I student-athlete, Chloe brings resilience, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to leadership in her role, engaging students with empathy and insight.
She prioritizes building authentic connections, empowering each learner to develop confidence, resourcefulness, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Nick graduated from UC Davis in 2019 earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. As the only English major on the Davis Football Team, Nick’s experience in tutoring began when he became the go to aid for teammates needing help with their college papers.
From breaking down contemporary Literature, to editing a 60 page thesis on Pear Trees and their resistance to Fungi, Nick has worked with students across all subjects to not only strengthen their paper in question, but their overall writing skills. Moreover, Nick has consulted on the writing and editing of applications leading to clientele’s acceptance into Law School, Business School, and other Graduate School Programs and Scholarships.
After graduating, Nick has worked for companies such as Nickelodeon, AMC Networks, and Marvel Studios while on his way to becoming a Screenwriter. He became a member of Coverfly’s “The Red List” after writing the Number 1 Series Bible of 2024 as well as earning accolades for writing in the Filmatic Screenplay Competition, Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards, IFS Film Fest, and more.
Writing and Reading Comprehension are tools we use everyday regardless of career or field of study. Being able to digest information, analyze its message, and formulate an intelligent response are not only how you earn an “A” on a paper, but are more importantly the foundation of every meaningful interaction you will have.

Kyle is pursuing a PhD in Horticulture and Agronomy at UC Davis, where he previously got a BSc in Plant Sciences and a minor in Economics. He uses mathematical biology, physics, and machine learning to study plants in agricultural and natural systems to improve predictions of water use, yield, carbon capture, and he helps develop software for 3D plant and environmental simulation.
Kyle is passionate about helping students from all backgrounds accessibly learn the math, science, and technology necessary to set them up for success in a career of their desire. He has taught undergraduate computing and programming at UC Davis, tutored high school calculus, and provided mentorship for those interested in graduate school, internships, and a career in science.
He is a lifelong swimmer and water polo player, and loves helping students streamline their studies so they can continue to pursue their own extracurricular passions and develop healthy habits for a balanced life.

Halee graduated college in 2012 from Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Mathematics. This academic background was driven by her lifelong aspiration to become a math teacher and to excel as a head high school coach. Her education laid the foundation for her dual passions: fostering students’ understanding of mathematics and guiding young athletes to achieve their best. During her time at HSU, she also spent her time being a college athlete in both basketball and track and field. This experience helped her learn and master skills in time management and discipline.
With over 11 years of experience teaching at the high school level, her enthusiasm for mathematics is evident in her teaching style of high expectations coupled with positive support to foster a love for the subject.
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in early childhood education at Walden University, she is committed to learning best practices for raising strong, independent and compassionate children. This academic endeavor reflects her dedication to both education and her family’s best interests.
She believes what she was put on this earth to do is to help people better their organizational and time-management skills, help athletes, pregnant/postpartum moms & beginners develop nutritional and workout plans, and to help all learners understand all subjects of mathematics a little bit better.
