Eligibility for Refunds
First Session Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your first tutoring session, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the session.
Refunds apply only to the payment for the first session and not for any additional sessions already attended.
Improvement Guarantee:
If your student does not show measurable progress (as agreed upon during the onboarding process) after completing a minimum of 4 sessions, you may request a refund.
Evidence of consistent attendance, completed assignments, and full participation is required to qualify for this refund.
Conditions
To qualify for a refund under this policy:
You must provide written feedback explaining why you were dissatisfied with the service.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to grow@empoweredlearningclub.com within the stated timeframe.
Progress-based refund requests must include documentation of agreed-upon goals and evidence of participation (e.g., session attendance records, completed work).
Limitations
The guarantee applies only to tutoring sessions provided by EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC and does not cover any third-party services or products.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
The guarantee does not apply in cases where:
Sessions were missed without proper notice or rescheduling.
The student did not complete assigned tasks or follow recommended guidance.
Processing of Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of submission.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Policy Changes
EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect refunds already approved under the existing policy.
