    • If agreed-upon goals are not met after consistent attendance and effort, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

    • The reason for your refund request

    • Any supporting documentation or feedback

  • Yes, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

    • Missed sessions without proper notice

    • Inconsistent attendance or lack of effort from the client

    • Requests made beyond the specified timeframe

  • Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
