These Terms and Conditions govern the discounted session packages offered by EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC (“EmpowerEd,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or utilizing any discounted session package, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package Overview

1.1 Discounted Session Packages: EmpowerEd offers discounted session packages to make our services accessible and affordable for students. The discounted rate is based on a sliding scale or customized package pricing.
1.2 Customization Option: Clients may request fully customized packages to address unique needs, allowing EmpowerEd to determine the final discounted price based on a sliding scale.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Sliding Scale Pricing: Sliding scale pricing is offered to accommodate financial situations. Clients must provide truthful and accurate information during the intake process to determine eligibility for discounted rates.
2.2 Non-Transferability: Discounted session packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the client or student identified at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Full Payment Requirement: Payment for discounted session packages must be made in full before sessions are scheduled.
3.2 No Refund Policy: All discounted session packages are final and non-refundable once purchased, except in cases where EmpowerEd is unable to fulfill its service obligations.

4. Session Scheduling

4.1 Scheduling Requests: Clients must schedule sessions in advance and coordinate availability with EmpowerEd. Sessions are subject to tutor availability.
4.2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be counted as completed.
4.3 Expiration of Sessions: Discounted session packages must be used within six (6) months of the purchase date, unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

5. Customization Requests

5.1 Customizable Packages: EmpowerEd will work with clients to create personalized discounted session packages, tailoring the services to individual needs.
5.2 Pricing Determination: EmpowerEd reserves the right to determine the final discounted price based on the scope of services, number of sessions, and eligibility for sliding scale pricing.
5.3 Approval Process: Custom packages and associated pricing will be provided in writing for client approval before any payment is processed.

6. Scope of Services

6.1 Educational Services: Discounted packages include educational services such as tutoring, test preparation, and academic support, as specified in the package details.
6.2 Exclusions: Services outside the scope of the selected package are not included and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Guaranteed Results: While EmpowerEd is committed to providing high-quality educational support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
7.2 Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring timely communication, attendance, and participation in sessions.

8. Modifications and Termination

8.1 Policy Changes: EmpowerEd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing and take effect immediately.
8.2 Termination: EmpowerEd reserves the right to terminate discounted session packages in cases of non-compliance with these terms.
