Welcome to the EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC Point Rewards System! By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility

  • The Point Rewards System is open to all current and active students enrolled in EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC programs.

  • Participants must have a valid account with EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC.

  • Parents or legal guardians may manage accounts for minors under 18.

Earning Points

Participants can earn points through the following activities:

  • Attendance: 5 points per session attended.

  • Participation: 5 points for active engagement during sessions.

  • Assignments: 10 points for submitting completed assignments.

  • Milestones: 20 points for achieving significant progress markers (e.g., completing a specific course).

Conditions for Earning Points:

  • Points will only be awarded if sessions are attended on time and assignments meet required standards.

  • Points will not be awarded for missed, canceled, or rescheduled sessions.

  • Points are awarded at the discretion of mentors, based on student performance and engagement.

  • Bonus points or promotional offers may be introduced periodically at the discretion of EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC.

Point Redemption

  • Points can be redeemed for rewards, such as gift cards or other incentives, as specified by EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC.

  • Redemption Process:

    • Participants must contact EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC via email or the designated portal to redeem points.

    • Rewards will be processed within 14 business days of a valid redemption request.

  • Gift Card Example: 100 points = $25 gift card.

  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Point Expiration and Forfeiture

  • Points expire 12 months after the last activity on the account.

  • If a participant’s account is terminated for any reason, all unused points will be forfeited.

  • EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC reserves the right to revoke points in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Program Modifications

  • EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Point Rewards System at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes to the program will not affect points already earned but may alter the terms for future points or redemptions.

Fraud and Abuse

  • Any fraudulent activity, such as attempting to manipulate point calculations, will result in immediate forfeiture of points and possible termination of the account.

  • EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and take appropriate action.

Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe there is an error in your points balance or redemption, please contact EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC at [insert email] within 30 days of the issue.

  • Disputes will be reviewed, and EmpowerEd Learning Club LLC’s decision will be final.
